No Sleep Records signs Indie band “Adventures”

No Sleep Records announced the addition of indie band “Adventures” to their roster, they will be putting out their first 7 inch this fall. The above video features their first song from that EP titled “Reach Out To You” Formed in early 2012, ADVENTURES is made up of Jami, Reba and Joe of Code Orange Kids (Deathwish Records), along with Kimi and Dominic who’ve been friends forever and have worked together on various musical projects in the past. The group came together in Code Orange Kids’ practice space and entered the studio soon after to record their debut for No Sleep Records. “We are all really excited to get this out there and to be working with a label and dude we really love and respect,” says Jami. “This four song seven inch is just the first to come and we are all really stoked on how it turned out.” “I have been friends/a fan of the guys/girls in Code Orange Kids so when Jami approached me about releasing their 90′s emo/screamo side project i could not have been more delighted to do so,” adds No Sleep president Chris Hansen. “Beyond honored to release the first 4 songs to ever see the light of day from ADVENTURES.” Stay tuned to ADVENTURES’ Facebook and http://nosleeprecords.com/ for additional information regarding ADVENTURES upcoming release.
